I am looking for gear that can be worn in summer on skin and during autumn over the pants. And it should be held in place with velcro straps only. No pulling knee pad over foot, no pulling elbow pad over hand etc. Easily removable. I want it for riding on electric scooter even in casual clothing, just putting gear on top of that and once in destination, put it down to handbag and dont look like I am going to some race. Is there something like that? Good quality and protection level.
