I can't believe the luck that you have in sourcing bits for the car, I have been looking for ages and cant get a rear spoiler of any quality or the carbon interior handles/consul trims. Vids are great, thanks you really take time to show what you're doing unlike some who just skip the detail and show before/after. Keep the content coming 🙂
Thank you so much for your message. I appreciate these messages so much and this is what keeps me going! It helps that I have a large instagram following so parts are easier to source but it is very hard, especially the wing! Thanks again
I have the same setup on its way for my Golf, so I much appreciate your video! The question I have is: How is the serviceability of the filter? Is it pretty quick and easy to remove and reinstall?
Awesome! I serviced it once and all you need to do is loosen the screw at the front (don’t take screw out) and take off the clamp to the hose and remove the small pipe to the underneath and remove the box. It’s actually quite simple. Then take the screws out around the filter and remove the cone. Replace it and put everything back together. It’s a bit more work but makes you feel like a mechanic and the Mrs will be impressed 💪🏼
Good work again mate, and what a f**kin bargain that air intake was 👊🏻. Did you check your front air scoop and split it, apparently part of the OE air duct/scoop is partly blocked off, this can be modified to allow more air in to the filter 👍🏼
Thanks mate! Yeah I removed the front part but thinking about it, I need to check again when I get home to see if there is actually an opening where it screws into 🤔 I’ll let you know
@@ITSARAPPTTRS yeah, I think on your model the front duct maybe partially blocked off...think there's some details somewhere on the TT forum showing the details... I'll have a look and pm you
Another quality upgrade, well done and waiting for more! Looking to get a TT myself, just curious what is it like on fuel? What is your average MPG and what miles can you do on a full tank?
Hey mate, thanks for the message, really appreciate it. It’s ok on fuel to be honest but its all based on how you personally drive of course. I have managed 43mpg on a long motorway run in eco mode but if you drive it hard around town you’ll probably get about 18mpg. Adverse is around 25-28mpg the way I drive. The tank fills up and shows around 375 miles of range.

Love the cat escaping prevention setup... I also have a Ragdoll and done something Similar!
Haha Ragdolls are the best!
You are such a genius and a source of inspiration the turbo spool was much more noticeable, well done 👍
Ah thanks man! Yeah it’s going to be louder when I take the soundproofing off the inside of the bonnet too 👌🏼
Great vid mate and fitting guide and from seeing this intake kit in the flesh it looks the nutz 👍🏻
Cheers pal, appreciate that 🙌🏼👍🏼
Looks sick bro can’t wait to see what to come with the motor
Thanks mate, appreciate it
Nice vid again dude keep them coming

Any advice on getting the inlet pipe on? I’m really struggling to put mine on 😅😅😅 not many apr inlet pipe videos out there
The inlet pipe is the easiest part 🤔 It just fits over the intake and turbo elbow
nice video you are a braver man than me .would like to try on my tt
Honestly, I just learn from RUclips and hope for the best! Cheers
Hiya mate, I've got a 2011 manual tts, I don't know alot about cars really, is this better than a ram ait intake? Is it the same thing?
This won’t fit your 2011 TT. It’s for the MK3 TT only from 2015 onwards
But is it the same thing? As a ram Air? Or is yours better?
@@gavinpennington4710 they are both air Intakes, but as to what one is better, that’s personal preference
So the performance is the same?
what tools should i need to get started on this? Or in general what tools do i need lol
You’ll need a T30, a small ratchet set and a screw driver. Nothing major
Do u have a link for the engine cover? I would like to have one for mine as well THX

Glad I watched your video, I was doubting this will fit in TT 🤣
