Most people wouldn't be able to either put their hands like this behind the neck and certainly not able to squat with flat feet.
Very tough exercise
try gently....don't harsh on your body.....it takes time....
If you watch the video it shows modifications for persons unable to squat, hands straight will improve over time

Thanks for yuor magnificent job 🙏 I m doing this practise since 4 days and feel very calm, less nervous. But I also notice my breath stink and Im sweating more and also stink. Could it be some cleaning of my organism ?

Try Practicing till squat step then if you are comfortable, go for next step.....remember don't be hard on yourself.....
Sir is this same shiva namaskar.. which we made 21 times on Shivaratri..pls Reply sir/Madam can i practice shiva Namaskar only everyday
You can practice this technique everyday if you are looking to build a deep connection to Lord Shiva and grow your spiritual nature.
I think it is similar but not exactly the same,..in shiva namaskar the breathing is different and you don't place your hands behind the neck. In you tube you can check shiva namaskar and that same video and you will see the difference

It's good to listen to your stories. But they don't work !
There must be some reason they don't work for you...may be, before that, you need to detox your body, may be you don't breath in a proper way or may be you don,t practice enough
