    Hi sir Hamaray teacher aur aapke 2 points me difference hai i.e 1 our teacher said k agr conc of molecules zyada hoga tho fluorescence b zyada hogi and 2. Phenol in acidic condition don't show fluorescence so plz confirm me kon sahi hai aap ya our teacher?

      Beer-Lambert law fails at higher concentrations because the linearity of the law is limited to chemical and instrumental factors. When the solution has higher concentrations, the proximity between the molecules of the solution is so close that there are deviations in the absorptivity.

      Popular answers (1) If the concentrations are quite high, the fluorescence intensity will decrease because of the inner filter effect. This effect is due to the absorbance of the excitation light by the sample itself.
