Hi Surtr. From what has been talked on discord, after the ground is 100% fertilized you can remove the greenhouse, the area fertilizer, move them to another place and start again. You just have to extend the water pipe to the new location. Make sure you have with you materials for at least 1 power source in case it gets too far from your already build network. Keep videos coming, I like to see how methodic you play
I created a road to the island by using the vehicle. Am halfway through carving roads through the mountains. Will be driving out into the ocean levelling as i go to see how far I can go.
Does the greenhouse produce organics faster than the area fertilizing plant can utilize it? If so then you may want to place a storage container between them, so that you always have access to an easily obtained LARGE supply of organics.
Loving this series and game, could be something special if they continue on it. Could you maybe build a road between islands, you did manage to build platforms on water couple episodes ago, then you could use buggy/roller to travel between your bases. Remember wave would've destroyed power to your sulfur miner.
It's a bit of a job to build a bridge. Maybe if I wasn't recording a playthrough I might try it, but I have a space ship. I will rebuild the wind turbine but I am sure that the miner is full anyway.
I saw the Sulphur nodes on map and thought at first I was mistaken, given u need a lot of it to power vehicles this a welcome change. One thing I did find out not sure if it's useful though is if you make the launch platform for the ship you can call it even if it has no power and it will come and land on it. Also does any one know how to pull the foundations (so you do a line of them) Only been able to lay them individually and it takes an age
@@surtrplays ok thanks will try again. Those foundation pieces you didn't know what tod do with can they used to make a bridge to the island otherwise it will be a pain to go back and forth
There is some basalt around the map, mainly close tot he coast. Look for the darker rocks. There is a big one just to the north east of the starting location.

Cool, thanks! I just figured that if you remove them it goes back to zero. I'm definitely trying that.
Fun series! It has some Satisfactory vibes and that's not a bad thing.
Really good fun.
always great to see si grow....so happy for you ....road to 5k .....bravo Surtr
Thank you very much.

Oh nice!

I always put in small storages between the miners and organics and production facilities great suggestion.
I will do. It was part of the plan but, based on what I have seen so far, I might change my plans.

Looking good so far

I just hold down the mouse button to pull a line of foundations. They sulphur nodes were a nice surprise.

Honestly, I would rather fly. I don't need a consistent supply of the stuff over there.
Always check your task if you are at a loss, there are a few more things to unlock.
Thank you. I will have a look.
Where i can get the basalt?
There is some basalt around the map, mainly close tot he coast. Look for the darker rocks. There is a big one just to the north east of the starting location.
Thanks that really helped
How do you rotate items ?
Either R key or mouse wheel depending on how you have your controls set up.
Ok thanks
