My living room chair from Article is fantastic. It had a small issue with the stitching and they replaced it (including free shipping and taking the old one back) with little to no inconvenience on our part. Can't say enough about my positive experience with them. Happy to see them top of your list! Also shout out to cb2, my couch is surviving 2 kids and still looking classy!
Article customer service is so good! I've asked more questions than normal (no surprise there) on the online chat and they have always been so helpful.
Target had great selections always get mine from there very reasonable prices and good quality . I'm new to ur channel but been binging ur videos for 2 days love ur advice and humor.
Okay, all those comfy outdoor sofa's look great but they're totally not suited to the outdoors. Here in Belgium, we do not have dry summers. A week without any rain is an exception. I know all these patio furniture retailers will say that you just have to cover up that outdoor couch or store the cushions in a dry place but that is the last thing I want to do at 11pm after a nice summer's evening outside. For me, garden furniture has to be weatherproof. I'll oil my outside tabletop every spring and fall, I'll take down my string of lights and the blankets and I'll stack my chairs before winter but that's the most I'm willing to do. Those cushiony couches look great but unless you have a covered patio (which is quite rare here), they're a disaster.
Agree with all this. I bought the Article Dot chairs for our deck. In the end I bought a table and lounger from Loll designs though. I just wanted zero maintenance and once you have some plastic pieces I think it's best to lean into it.

I literally ordered a sofa from rove 4 months ago and they’re beating around the bush telling me I have another 2+ months before delivery. I took a chance on them with no reviews and I promise I could get on Sponge Bob’s pet snail Gary get my sofa faster. I think they lost me as a customer.
