Hey Noah been watching your videos for a bit. Have you ever had plantar fasciitis and if so how did you overcome it. I asked because your morning routine looks abit similar to mine (a college athlete experiencing loads of pain from plantar fasciitis). Thank you!
wonder if there are such programs for oldies (55+) 😅 - recreational weekly player who enjoy the beautiful game .....I supposed I'll do those my body can take and at a slower intensity/pace (?) but do it consistently nonetheless...💪
These programs will work great I reckon, because they're actually lower intensity than a normal "off-season" workout you might do! You can just start with really low weight and see how you go! You're also more than welcome to book in a zoom if you have more specific questions or you want to adjust the program to your needs 🤝
