i bought a couple of sets but i found myself in the same position of not having a plan on how to get through it.. 3-4 pages/day sounds like a good plan.
Dear Banner of Truth Would you please consider suggesting to Reformed pastors and preachers to add to their websites, or their church's website, a Recommended Reading List, especially of the classics. I am saddened and concerned that so many Christians these days don't understand what they believe, nor do they know anything of the history or story of the Church and also the Reformation, nor even do many know our basic doctrines. In particular, Christians do not seem to actually know, KNOW, who God is! I've only seen two church websites with reading recommendations and they mostly featured modern day, neo-evangelical, ten-step books, or liberal theology, social justice titles. If the parents don't have knowledge and wisdom, then what is there to pass down to the next generation.....?
May I recommend William Tyndale, a Biography by David Daniell, and then the 2 volume set of William Tyndale's works, printed by Banner of Truth...a challenging and delightful read...most inspiring indeed
@@bobhawkins2997 If you have read, or am reading, them then you can appreciate how God raised up such a man willing to die for the truth and so determined to get the "textus receptus" into our hands in English. Tyndale was surely the apostle to England, and now the entire English-speaking world, yet sadly few have even heard of him. He is on a par with Martin Luther and Erasmus, in my book! You are most welcome, dear brother
I'm not religious but thank you for this advice! Best!
Thank you for this encouragement!☺

I have yet to read "The Christian In Complete Armour". I have a copy somewhere amongst my many books.
3 to 4 pages a day....might have a strategy here.
Thank you for the content.
You put into few words what I have tried to express for awhile. Wow

@@michaelstanley4698 - have you heard Dr Steve Lawson preach on Tyndale?
@@bobhawkins2997
Yes, a couple times.
Hoped to hear others do so too...
