I suffered thru it, doing heart massages to my chest at least an hour before I made it to the hospital and my stent was put in. Never ignore chest pains. I had 3 minute chest pains a week before I had a full blown heart attack.
I’m sorry about what happened to you. But I’m very very glad you’re okay now. I had a heart attack a month ago and went into cardiac arrest. I got sky high cholesterol and I’ve been living relatively healthy. I’m slim too. My doctors believe it’s genetic. On moms side of the family, the cholesterol is sky high, on dad’s side everyone does at the age of 60-75 from heart attacks. It’s most likely hereditary
Too be honest you can die from being healthy aswel just to shut the vegans up too be honest you can die from being too healthy he’ll even strong men have died from overworking there body and pushing it too breaking points
@@CarlosFlores-vf1kl if your heart stopped you wouldn't be conscious to know that it had stopped. You should tell you parents and visit a doctor to see what really happened and possibly treat it.

I got high blood Pressure and food poisoning only at Emergency room when I'm 21 years old Anyways it was close enough to have a heart Attack for me Anyways my doctors did told me that it very rarely happened to young people can have a heart disorder problems as well
I am scared because my mum got chest pains and took the day off work and her mum had history of heart problems please help i am really scared i cant focus in school. i dont get it because my mum is very healthy she never smoke never drink only wine on special occasions amd shes in the airforce she does a lot excerise we swim 3 day a week. pls i rlly scared i am very worried pls help
Hello! I hope everything is okay, don’t EVER stress, it makes things worse. She should go to the doctors, you can also make sure she drinks lots of water, she can eats berries, nuts, oatmeal, you can help her meditate (if she ever stresses because that’s a cause) pray and make sure she gets enough exercise! Also believe!! SHE WILL BE HEALED! Keep a positive mindset ❤️❤️

In the morning my heart stopped for a few seconds couldn't breath at all but it came back to normal does anyone know what does that mean I'm only 14
