I would ask yourself what are you working so hard for? And is what you are working towards what you really want? I recently read in a book about a theory called "the backwards law" by a Philosopher named Alan Watts which from understanding says the harder we try to feel better, the less satisfied we become. I am no expert, but I hope this might give you some direction as to why you are feeling this way. I wish you the best of luck! - Nathan
