Ah, I was wondering about that stuffed toy, thanks for sharing. There is still that mystery with the girl that runs out of Crackridge if you try to talk to her at night.
I didn’t discover this, but on the battle with the assassin, if you summon Alrund til you get expx100, use all the accessories and support skills related to exp, and the item the chubby cait gives you after catching it, you can get like 700k exp during that fight.
I would have never guess the first two secrets if i didn't look online to help me out. So a big thank you to those people who made videos on these while i was playing.
One thing I am 'missing' is what to do with the girl at the right exit at Crackridge. When talked to, she runs off the screen to the right, and cannot seem to be found. Not sure what that is about. One other case of needing to 'wait' for something to happen is in the town of lost seed. There's a girl blocking a door, and you have to wait for her to move as well.
@@tinka2833 this might won't get you anywhere, but it seems like the girl disappeared when the eternal night is happening, but reappear after you finished the extra chapter.
@@tinka2833 one commenter here suggested getting a full party with the moon sickle necklaces since you suspiciously can get as much in the same city. Gonna try that out probably tomorrow
yea those Assassins saved my ass in the final boss fight (cuz i'm a coward) but those first two i had no idea about! very cool! thanks for another great video!
Also, there's a cool boss fight you can only access with one member in your party. It's outside of Ku and there's a door that gives a riddle that basically says you can only enter with one person in the party. It's a tricky boss fight, you have to make sure whoever your one party member is can heal and attack adequately. The boss changes stances and uses really powerful attacks. He's a lot harder than the suggested level of the dungeon gives (it says 45 but he's A LOT harder than that).
I might as well ask here, but have you managed to find any quest lines when trying to interact with the the little Crackridge girl at runs toward the Abandoned Road at night?
Yes! I was about to make this comment as well. I searched google for awhile, but couldn’t find anything. Found threads talking about it, but no one seems to have it figured out yet.
I couldn't find anything about that. I assume, and if you've progressed towards near the end of the story, that it's linked to the final boss of the game.
You can get the scary kids info during the day inside town using castti. You don’t have to wait til night and coerce him. But that said I can’t get him to leave town… and I’m not sure what other point there is in him leaving town if you can get his info during the day inside town…
Never would have discovered the first two without Internet help. Really enjoy your content by the way, ever thought of doing job only runs of the game for a challenge?
@@purplatypus7405 I think he means no second job and only being able to use each character's base job throughout the game. So no Dancer/Inventor for example for Agnea.
I suppose you would need that support skill to break damage cap at least, maybe set up some custom rules for it. I saw the Hikari solo video and thought it was awesome 👌
Purp, got a secret that might be worth investigating. I can't seem to find any research on the web for it. I haven't 100% the game like you have yet so if this is tied to a story/quest part that I have yet to experience, feel free to let me know to "keep playing the game." Fast Travel to Timberain, and exit south. Make it night time. Just before descending the stairs on the right, you'll see a gazebo in the lake with a woman standing there. She will not appear during the day. However if I travel to that gazebo at night, she is no longer there. Possible secret? Or do I need to play more?
Might be a visual effect related to the Wellows Manor, you see ghosts there before completing the quest as well. You can pick up a hidden item there after doing the mystery box quest, which is a diary. I don't think there's a follow up to the quest tho.
Short version: Keep playing Spoiler: As briefly mentioned, she is part of the Wellos manor / 'mystery box' quest, I think started in Merry Hills? Either way, once you have the box, bring it to the manor. Once you complete the quest here, there will be a new item where the girl is standing at the gazebo, her diary telling how she died. Sad :(
I found the Infernal Castle by accident and my main character was around level 25. Needless to say, I got my ass handed to me. I finished the post story before finishing that boss. Crazy hard. I did get the Assassin hired help, and the Stuffed Toy was a mystery I was never able to solve. Good video.
Just did it! Almost didn’t get it in time because if that weird count down to 0 thing, I haven’t been hit by it yet by any enemy that does it but I don’t want to know
I stumbled on the the bridge. I had heard about a bridge that could break but didn't know anything outside of that, like the where and how. I was mid to high lvl 30s so I got my face kicked in but I know where I'm going later now.
Figured all of them on my own, to add to the list of things in Sai there is a warrior you can fight multiple times and it goes up in rank every time u fight it
Will definitely have to use Hired help assassins on Osvald Chapter 5. Have had no luck beating the boss so far. 🤯 Edit: Never Mind this Assassins battle is harder than some bosses!!😅
The stuffed bear kid and the sunshadow staff kid are 2 different kids. They have different models, although the kid on the left of that group of 3 kids does match the model, so maybe there’s something to that
I have Osvald as my primary character and I suspect that is why I can not break the bridge because I can only get 6 characters in total. Or am I missing something.
I walked up to that assassin with my B team as I was trying to level them up while opening up the path to Merry Hills… just though oh Yknow another random NPC battle. HOLY SHIT I mean I beat him eventually but I used soooo many items and things I didn’t want to because at some point i assumed I wasn’t going to win and I’d just reload my last save. I beat them, barely… LONG fight. I think with my A team I would’ve been way better off. Plus we were built for grinding and not battling. That was one hard fight I was NOT prepared for lol

Might it be just an unfinished character?
Im just hoping someone will reply to you as that girl drove me mad running around trying to find her

You really want to use Hikari or anyone with the Warrior sub-job. Vengeful Blade helps immensely.

The reason they made it 7 instead of six is so that you can always do it. You just need three party members who can get a team
