MA HOUSE - UNREAL ENGINE 5 - Cinematic Animation

- Check out our latest cinematic "Ma House" in Unreal Engine 5.1! The original project (designed by the Bernardes Arquitetura Studio) is located in Brasil, San Paulo, but we altered the landscape to look more like something you would find in our region on the East Coast of Canada. This was a personal project we took upon ourselves to try and see how we could fair with the new 5.1 update for Unreal Engine. We haven't had a whole lot of time for personal projects but we have been working a lot in UE5 lately and thought it would be nice to post some progress!
We have been trying to post some videos of the newest Lumion update but it seems to crash OBS every time we have both programs open so we will continue to try and troubleshoot that to get some new content out for all of you very soon.

So when r the tuts starting to roll?
Pretty soon, I had actually planned to have made a few over the past month but Lumion 2023 is messing my recording software up every time. It seems to record fine but when I go to play it, the frames are about 1FPS.

I was wondering....are you using UE5 for rendering only? Or, are you also adding assets to the model. I guess I would like to know how complete is your model before importing into UE5?

The models are relatively complete, and we datasmith it in through Blender. We are working on building our Connecter library however so that we can just drag and drop them in.
nice animation , 3d model of the house was made in blender ?
We didn't create this model, we used a free pre-made model from the State of the Art Academy. It just saved us some time modelling since most of the projects we do commercially we are not able to share. I think it comes into Blender with great geometry but with no materials.
