Which one is your favourite one? I'm not a big fan of coconut flour but the coconut cupcake looks fluffiest and love the golden color of it.
Yes the coconut flour version is light, fluffy and soft. Don't worry you can't taste the coconut flavor as it's masked by the lemony taste.
