Hot damn, that Broken Cover is pure majesty to my ears! And if you got that Self Control cover lying around, I hope you're gonna let that out into the night sometime, 'cause it's just as pleasing to the ear as the real thing!
Nice to see how it was pulled off though. It certainly baffled me how you were able to take so many liberties even mods couldn't pull off, yet you had just about everything all the way down to the lip sync. Certainly makes me lose myself in wishing thinking.

Are you reffering to the soundtrack head in this video? Isn't that the cover of the original Vice City Theme?
It is but it isn't the original. It is a custom cover. Kind of a remix.

I was referring to the soundtrack which is in the video's description. Instrumental cover of Broken Wings made by Tim Palylyk and Balazs Kalocsai. The original form of Broken Wings was made by Mr. Mister back in the 80s.

You just gotta mate. I loved that it wasn't just a simple remaster, you added your own little touches to it and that made it much more special. The music, the VHS effects, the speech boxes, it was so goddamn good.
I hope Rockstar decide to hire you one day mate.

The art style is spot on, I love the combination of old models and new modern effects, it looks nextgen and oldschool at the same time!
Oh good grief. RUclips finally put this video in my recommended list so I've only just seen it now and I sincerely hope Rockstar doesn't take down this video and the remake video. I played VC on it's PC day 1 release and was the first ever game that got me to make sure my graphics drivers were updated (I even took the game back to the store and got a replacement because I thought the original one I bought was faulty) so seeing something like this really takes me back. VC is awesome in itself as I was born in the 80s.
The remake video was utter brilliant and its creators like you that keeps the older 3D universe generation of GTA alive and kicking. I know it must've taken you a long time to create this intro but I hope you do a remake of the outro as well.

There has to be tons of people from GTAGarage and other GTA Mod sites who would to re-texture everything in the game to make it look this way. This is 100% possible to for a PC fan made remastered update for vice city.Just need to get people together.
Yes the engine doest limited and we can’t do anything , except if we have money or donation source , we would able to port vice city map into new engine nothing is impossible
The biggest problems is : if we spend alot time on remasted old game , after we publish , what we can get ? Or just wasted your time and money to do free

Apparently GTA Vice city animations was animated in 3DS Max, right?
So... the animation data(movements, talking and shooting) were from the original game, and you putted them in other 3d render graphic motor so it would look new
So basically it would be possible to make every cutscene look like this but not game itselfi think.
I also saw that the fingers of characters are not joined
I would really appreciate the animation showcased here if that video more lacks those unnecessary edits.
