Sir I am student in Canada, last year I sent my documents to an agent in India for my parents visit visa. He offered FEE only after APPROVAL, and we got into his trap. Now I have received two calls from the airports in Canada to confirm if I have sponsor such and such person. It looks like that agent is using my documents to send more people without my knowledge or consent. How can I stop this, I am scared as I not PR yet.. Please help.
You are not alone in this; I receive similar calls almost every day. Please choose your consultant wisely and ensure they are a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). You can call IRCC or submit a webform to report the actual number of people you have invited and inform them about the fraud occurring.
