- v1.1 comes after a long wait, with major changes and new features trending in the community. We bring 3 chapters of remastered campaign (replace the old prologue), Heroskin, Camera adjusting, new lighting and more! Hope you enojoy it and find out your best options.
if your performance not very well, we suggested to turn off [foliage], and low down the resolution a little bit, and last turn off [soft edge]

The prologue levels were excellent!! They were really challenging without putting any effort into puzzle-solving. Truly an enhancement of the original game. I cannot wait for more campaign levels to play!

while im not as outraged for the reforged fiasco (just dissapointed tbh) this looks absolutely amazing and has me completely hyped! Wish you tons of luck and i hope someday we get to play a full release

Your work is trully amazing. This mod gives me reason to come back and play this game. If you have time and a team to help you out, you could work on the cinematics that Blizz promised and didn´t give to us. Bring news cinematics, so fucking awesome, that Blizz ones will look like a kids doodle.

Incredible work as always, would it be possible to add an option for Reign of Chaos unit balance in the first half of the campaign? Frozen throne values have always felt a little strange in that part of the campaign.
It's pretty hard to change it tho, but I'll see.

hey chen, did u consider making cel shading effect for all the units? it would improve visibility and make the graphics cooler.
It's very hard to rework mat shader from 0 at this point. It will be very interesting to do some lol-like cel shader inside w3, but not very possible when the shader file is encoded. It requires a special hlsl pattern to make it work.

Is there any way to get the old cutscene text backgrounds back? It's just a preference thing really, but it would be nice to have it as an option since I like to play with the vanilla UI. I also noticed that footmen don't move their mouths in their portraits, and that their new shields are looking a little low res in comparision with the rest of the model.
Other than that the mod is looking really great!
EDIT: The problem with footmen not moving their mouths when talking only seems to happen in campaign missions as far as I can tell.

Even with mode I am still have some king of glow on units on interface.... I try tons of combinations with Gamma Flow amd Flog and still tht damn glow.

I have black bars near the interface when looking something that is not grass.
you can try to fix it on the setting tool, it might work

@@PatrickSchmetzer maybe try to swtich back to classic UI and then switch again, this happens when UI file lost. If it wont work, you can try to repair the mod.

Nice trailer. Things seem a bit too heavy on the bloom or brightness imo 0:53 . Would be nice to see a before and after comparison though.
I'm thinking about giving more control to post processings and lights. It's along way to go.

Bro its looks so cool but it decrease to much my fps, I played the other patches in 80/90fps and now this one in 20/25... the first misión in prologue is all dark idk why. I love this mod and want to play this v.1 but I cant.
Turn off foliage will makes the fps of melee and custom map much better, the campaign is lagging with no solution yet

so is this only for warcraft 3 reforged and not classic?? mine is only classic and v 1.29 so i guess this is not for that
Yes, it's for reforged only. the old graphic is kinda hard to modify with limited in-engine resources. Sorry for that.
This mod looks amazing no it is amazing I ask only one thing can you make a editor or a tutorial on making our own cutscenes please I can't figure out how to extract the 3d models as fbx so can you please
fbx is not supported yet, we use blender to makes new model now. if you want cutsence facial movements, you should use trigger [ dialog text for speaker ] or something, i'm not sure about this

in "interface" you can set your gamma but only in melee games, we'll consider a full support in the future.

@@spyrodrake7050 this is an update that focuses on campaigns and debugs, we did some optimization as well. We get rid of AO and spec channel of many textures so it might run faster.

This is just way too buggy too use sadly, trees disapear when setting rally points. Too saturated on classic. idk

some units/doodads invisible, like trees after being clicked on, goldmines, Lich, tauren, et al

Activating classic mode in skins section of the mod helped in my case.
Thank you it works now! What I did was click "shut down" and "no use now" (dont know if both are needed). Then in skin I clicked new classic, then opened Wc3. Fov doesnt seem to work, (and slider resets to "far left" every time I open the Interface option).

Just use disable feature and will desable everything. Or if you want to do it manually, you can change the _retail folder's name into something else.
