But city kids on quad bikes/atvs & off road bikes. Those type of off road vehicles are made for acceleration on off-road surfaces, usually in short races. They can't usually even get to 50mph unless the highest end expensive models (which they actually have to buy and not steal) the majority being also need full engine rebuilds & oil changes if they cover any distance. So those ATV goons stick to driving around in circles not far from home in inner city or suburbs. Real Bikers ride almost exclusively on A roads & motorways, and when they go through a city they won't race up and down residential streets. So they don't cause the noise nuisance no matter how loud their bikes are, which is less so than a quad ATV.

Next time you should go there with a load of bike locks call the police and when they are nearing arrival lock the wheels of any bikes you assume are stolen especially if there are more than one bike you assume are stolen this is the only way I can think of.

When I used to go down the ace they would setup shop near the bridge, go anywhere near them you’d smell weed like you’ve never smelt it before. All these bike thieves need to fuck off from the ace it really isn’t their place to be. All it will take is 1 conversation with a staff member and something can be done.
