I looked up Nelson Syphus and found an odd medical board list of people, places, actions, etc. I didn’t see a Nelson Syphus but I did find a Merrill T Syphus coincidentally also in California. It was a pdf I found with the url ending in gov meaning it is government stuff (obviously). The person that was outside Hi5 and stole the Mountaineer couldn’t realistically be Syphus himself, because at this point Syphus is at least 21 if he was born in 2000. Considering that he was a prominent entrepreneur, he is most likely in his late 50’s.

Also the fact that Syntech used Apple 2 computers, which were mainly used around the early 80’s, makes sense that someone of his age would use that type of equipment. What has me confused is that the date of collection of evidence was 21 years ago, so maybe by that time the company already had a reputation.

I looked up Nelson Syphus and found an odd medical board list of people, places, actions, etc. I didn’t see a Nelson Syphus but I did find a Merrill T Syphus coincidentally also in California. It was a pdf I found with the url ending in gov meaning it is government stuff (obviously). I’m going to try and leave the link below because I know other people are much better at figuring this stuff out. It is also quite possible this is coincidence but I’m not sure

However, if you go back to that video where they received the safe from D, you’ll see that the letters are not uniform. If it were a typed letter, all repeated characters would be the same as the previous. Instead, there are slight variations, in the “y’s” and “a’s” especially.

One thing that is important to remember is that just because you found the name "Syphus" in the Mountaineer. It doesn't mean that it is Syphus breaking in and causing trouble. The person could always be someone who used to work for the company or something else of that nature.
