I've been going back and re-watching all of these episodes lately and I've been noticing all the little things. Like, that green light they added on all of the scenes that involve the apple II just adds that touch of ambience that finishes off the whole scene. Very cool :)
When they asked how Syphus and D are related, and it said 'vocation' Matt said that means job - but that's not all a vocation is. A vocation is also a calling, or what you felt your meant to do in the world and the newspaper article said "Our goal at Syntec is to progress civilization through science and technology for the good of everyone." In the article, the quoted section Matt read out said, "When my partner was telling me about this idea," which means he jumped onto the project afterwards but didn't feel pulled in the direction his partner was going, and possibly changed it from what it was originally going to be, which made D start getting cold feet about everything. What if Syphus and D were the partners, but D really wanted to help people through science and technology as Syphus says the goal of Syntec is - it sounds like Syphus is more of a business man, and D at least in the chat logs, was involved in the science or with the patients somehow and may not be as much of a business man. "...We don't buckle at the problems that arise from such a goal. Sometimes you have to make the tough decisions, be the bad guy, in order to get stuff done."
Why are people complaining about the length? It's not that hard of a read, it just looks like it's long, especially on mobile. But honestly a a quick read lol. I have a theory that nelson isn't the one breaking in. The apple II is pretty old, they also use that a lot in the lab from what I see. What if The "stalker" is his son because the stalker looks to be in his twenty's or like almost 18. Also Syntec seems decently old and he would be to old for the stalkers body type, also the stalker is very fast. Theory: We found out that the document labeled "Person of Interest" had the birthdate of July 11, 1999 but was signed in 1997. Which is Sams birthday to be clear here. Nelson cannot be the one breaking in to hi 5 because the chat log is from around 40-50 years ago not considering that the people talking in the chat log would be around 30. After all, they would have to be trained scientist/doctors/agents to have been working on a project like Pegasus and to be working in a company like Syntec. The person breaking in looks like he would be around 20-30 which could mean the person breaking in is potentially Nelson Syphus' son. D could also be trying to stop the project because of what we saw in the chat logs which could be why he could've tried to potentially burn down the place, in which he wouldn't have succeeded and this could be the reason there are burn marks on Nelson's Handkerchief. Syntec could've closed down but the person breaking in could be trying to finish the project. The project could be the mind control paper we found in the car and that means it could be supported by the government because of what was seen in the paper. What if John doe asking for evidence was 'syphus will request something' and it was just him tryna get a hold of the evidence u could use against him. What if the apple II saying corrupted or unable to update was because you cut out the connection under the stairs.

Second point is what if the person who broke in and took the serum is john doe and he took data off the computer and he did all this to try and ruin Nelson Syphus.

Ok here me out, when Matt read the line “ He will make a request. do not fulfill his request” doesn’t that make John doe or the “person” who email Matthias Nelson syphus. He made the request to get the box, and they got it. when they got it the were told specific instructions to wear gloves so they wouldn’t leave finger prints, because if they were to leave finger print the police could find there way in to all of this and possibly shut down everything. Syphus wants Matt to think that what he’s doing is bad but. really he wants matt to be doing this because it could be helping syphus.

I know what you might be thinking... he proved himself as trustworthy because he asked them if they still had the American flag key.... right? I mean none of the viewers had seen or ever heard of the key... well syphus would know about the key. he was the one that hid them in the first place. i would like mattias to text the detective back and say " there out of cream in the break room" and see if he gets a response. also see if it will work on the computer.

Right before this video I re-watched the first video where john doe came into contact with them. something didn't add up until I saw the computer say that syphus would contact them. Plus not long after all this stuff started with syphus the "detective" started talking to them. Also the word that meant "bird of prey" in his name for his email makes me thing that he is syphus. he is preying on there trust towards him so he can take most the evidence from them. Half of the evidence he still needs for his "plan". its either that syphus is posing as a detective, or he has a detective doing his dirty work for him as the middle man.

The apple II is essentially a "secured line" that John Doe was referring to...Because if anyone is looking at your internet traffic with a modern computer, won't be able to tell the difference between your chats back and forth on the apple II, and internet noise, due to the different file system....Even a modern Mac doesn't use the same OS or file system, so chats on the apple II will go by unnoticed by anyone trying to intercept your conversation....Essentially a VPN using antiquated technology....And the apple II is a direct connection to "D", who very well could be Syphus, or an operative of Syphus'....I also wonder if "Life's blood" is either some sort of "fountain of youth serum", or some sort of "zombie fluid" that can keep a person "alive" by injecting, much like how vampires suck blood from their victims to live.....Syphus rarely makes appearances during daylight, and only once near sunset...Likely an emergency to keep himself "alive"....

I noticed a couple people mentioning Andrew D Basiago so I decided to look into it. Andrew claims to be a time traveler and was working for, with, or under cooperation called PEGASUS. When he was 7 he was selected from a group of psychically advanced and gifted children. PEGASUS (Potential Energy Group Alternative Sources United States) was a government-run group that focused on the impacts of time travel, teleportation, and holographic travel had on children. You can look more into it if you want. Basically, I'm thinking that Andrew D Basiago could maybe be D? This theory is pretty far-fetched but I think it's worth looking into. D was the one who sent the emulator, he probably programmed the thing. It's almost like D knows what is going to happen, hence why he warned you about March 5th. I honestly don't think he knows Syphus personally, How would D know Syphus's plan unless they were on the same side, and if they are working together, why would D warn you? It seems like D knows what is going to happen, so it would make sense for him to be some kind of time traveler (even though it seems impossible I'm just giving the facts). The CIA and DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Project Agency) were also mentioned many times so it might be worth looking for connections between those as well. One thing to watch out about, the computer said that Syphus has already made a request. John Doe made a request. John Doe could be Syphus trying to get something from you, or maybe trying to do something to you. Syphus could be John Doe and faked the evidence to try and get you to trust him. Just watch out lol

A part of the script said that it was connected to something called the absolute server, and it was current in all of its info about what was happening with the Matthias team. On the document they found it had Sam's birthday on it, but it was signed by D in 1997. Sam was born in 1999. How did they know about her when it was 2 years before she was born? It also mentioned that they were "chosen" for the impending events that will unfold and that there's no way to stop it. What importance does March 5th of 2021 have? Maybe something will happen on that day, or maybe it's the mark of the beginning of what it mentioned they were chosen for.

There was an original floppy drive connected to the Apple 2 with a disk in it. It has dos written on the disc but that doesn’t mean THAT is what’s on it. The emulator said to check other physical storage. A floppy disk IS physical storage. CHECK THAT DISK!

The computer AI or whatever it is is very smart because it knows that what you typing is related to last questions/last few questions before. Like for example Google's stuff can do that now.
So I just did a few simple google searches when "Pegasus section 3923" and "Life's Blood" Was mentioned at 25:52 in the Video it the search I did which was "Pegasus Life's Blood" came up with Greek mythology about the blood which is apparently from the neck of Medusa and Medusa was a goddess with snake's for hair which correlates with the whole thing around Syphus, the Bottle with the logo, etc.

The last line “You were chosen specifically for them” could mean so many things. Maybe D is trying to do the right thing but he can’t, he needs you guys: 1. Because y’all work in the unit and you have access to it 2. They chose you by who you are, meaning they may have researched you 3. You are subjects to Syphus’ experiment, ik ik this one is scary but it’s plausible when you think about it

I remember in a early video that one of the files you guys had talked about mind control, D is telling you not to fulfill his request, but who is 'he'? It could be Jon Doe, Syphus, or someone possibly controlled by Syphus, but they could be the same person or someone trying to stop Syphus. Life's Blood may be the liquid in the vile that Syphus put in himself, or it could be someone else working for Syphus. D maybe actually trying to help you, but at the same time he could be 'mind controlled' and is trying to take you off track. I'm not good at making theories here, but the fact that the computer said "You were chosen" means these people knew who you were the moment you bought one of their units, but the fact that Syphus kept tags on Sam, CJ, Hannah, Woods, Kevin, Tanner (maybe) and yourself, means that it could be all of you. The keys could lead to other things in the bases, just like the safe and apple 2 that you all found hidden in different places, but think about it, why would Syntec leave those things there for you to find if you weren't chosen. Anything hidden inside the bases are for you guys to find, whatever happens on March 5th could ever be a very dangerous thing for all of you who have been stalked by Syphus, or it could be dangerous for all of the bases. Like I said I'm not good at making theories, I've read other theories here and some make sense. Why would the undercover cop give you information but then ask for it and other things back? How would he know about the keys and what they look like? Jon Doe could be could be working for Nelson Syphus or is Nelson Syphugs himself. Nelson cannot be the one breaking in to hi 5 because the chat log is from around 40-50 years ago not considering that the people talking in the chat log would be around 30. After all, they would have to be trained scientist/doctors/agents to have been working on a project like Pegasus and to be working in a company like Syntec. The person breaking in looks like he would be around 20-30 which could mean the person breaking in is potentially Nelson Syphus' son. D could also be trying to stop the project because of what we saw in the chat logs which could be why he could've tried to potentially burn down the place, in which he wouldn't have succeeded and this could be the reason there are burn marks on Nelson's Handkerchief. Right before this video I re-watched the first video where john doe came into contact with them. something didn't add up until I saw the computer say that syphus would contact them. Plus not long after all this stuff started with syphus the "detective" started talking to them. Also the word that meant "bird of prey" in his name for his email makes me thing that he is syphus. he is preying on there trust towards him so he can take most the evidence from them. Half of the evidence he still needs for his "plan". its either that syphus is posing as a detective, or he has a detective doing his dirty work for him as the middle man.

This is a shot in the dark but what if the “corruption” is from some different type of briefcase like the one that redirects calls.
I remember in a early video that one of the files you guys had talked about mind control, D is telling you not to fulfill his request, but who is 'he'? It could be Jon Doe, Syphus, or someone possibly controlled by Syphus, but they could be the same person or someone trying to stop Syphus. Life's Blood may be the liquid in the vile that Syphus put in himself, or it could be someone else working for Syphus. D maybe actually trying to help you, but at the same time he could be 'mind controlled' and is trying to take you off track. I'm not good at making theories here, but the fact that the computer said "You were chosen" means these people knew who you were the moment you bought one of their units, but the fact that Syphus kept tags on Sam, CJ, Hannah, Woods, Kevin, Tanner (maybe) and yourself, means that it could be all of you. The keys could lead to other things in the bases, just like the safe and apple 2 that you all found hidden in different places, but think about it, why would Syntec leave those things there for you to find if you weren't chosen. Anything hidden inside the bases are for you guys to find, whatever happens on March 5th could ever be a very dangerous thing for all of you who have been stalked by Syphus, or it could be dangerous for all of the bases. Like I said I'm not good at making theories, I've read other theories here and some make sense. Why would the undercover cop give you information but then ask for it and other things back? How would he know about the keys and what they look like? Jon Doe could be could be working for Nelson Syphus or is Nelson Syphugs himself. Either way, no one who has been stalked is safe, in fact, no one in the bases are safe if there are more hidden safes/computers/Life's Blood viles in Hi-5 Studios. This all sounds crazy, but I've seen the playlist more than once, and every time I watch it, the more this theory makes sense to me. Just be aware of Jon Doe and D, neither may be trying to help you, or D may be the good guy helping you, or he could be tricking you along with Jon Doe.
