You are the "Hiram Cook" of coffee makers friend. Love the coffee my Wacaco coffee maker makes. Enjoy the process & the Espresso. Cheers
Go check out my stove series! I got the Hiram Cook comment quite a bit when I was doing those!
Exactly what I have been looking for
Right on!
I’m actually impressed by that shot. It looked pretty dang good. I’m a sucker for a good shot of espresso.
The change from light roast to darker coffee beans made a world of difference. I have a Peru dark roast that actually creates a very very nice shot!
I love my Picopresso. Nice description of how to get a good shot
Awesome
Thanks!
What about the steamed milk and ice?! Backcountry lattes!
This looks rad, I’m gonna check it out.
If you can figure all of that out for the backcountry, I'm coming on a trip with you!
I've been trying to dial in my Picopresso for around six months. My espresso always comes out bitter and over extracted. I would appreciate any suggestions ?
Kind of depends. What roast level are the beans you're using?
how many clicks did you use on your grinder?
Where did you get your cups? link?
They were a Christmas give many years ago.
Why didn’t you pull your shot with a scale?
So all the shots previous were with a scale, so I knew exactly how much water I was putting in and how much it was filling the glass, so it's close enough at this point.
