One small doubt when u are puting dum for the biriyani, you usually don't put burning wood one the top of the lid however this video there was firewood on the top ???
If there is no sun/heat weather (especially cooking in indoor), then you have to put burning firewoods in low quantity on top of the vessel to maintain the heat. This tips is only for *Vadi Biriyani*. For *Dum Biriyani* firewoods on top is necessary ✌
