Hi lovelies, here is my latest video reviewing the new too faced foundations X Jackie Aina. Sweden is always late when it comes to both new shades and inclusion but oh well. Hope you enjoy it ❤️
Wow shocking that they didn’t send you the PR package! Their loss...But as always, thank you for fighting for us Black women in Sweden/Scandinavia❤️ As for the video, I thought at first that it was too dark but it suits you perfectly😊.
They forget that it’s not about getting free stuff. I can buy it and I always do anyway and giveaway the pr stuff. BUT... it was the fact that they had the energy to send the dark shades to non black influencers but could only mention one black influencer when I asked them about variation. A black influencer whose shade was in the initial launch shades anyway. Am glad Jackie did this and am glad I could find my shade and buy it in Germany 😍😍😍😍

The foundation, concealer and powder all look beautiful on you! I hope that they seriously absorb your feedback and start sending PR to Black influencers in Sweden as well, not just white influencers.

I am a black girl that is born and raised in Sweden and I was so exited when this collaboration came out. So I went to a Sephora in Malmö, not even my own city because their is only Sephora stores in the three biggest city’s in Sweden. However when I arrived there was only white shades in of this foundation!
Diana T the color range in Swedish stores and brands are horrible. Just look at isadora, a Swedish company. Their shade range is a MESS.

I liked the lighting the most when you turned the bright ones off. That yellow light had you looking so beautiful and in color. I recently stopped using to many lights in my videos and I like it much more. 💕💕💕

Jojjo450 I wore it the next day again for 12 hours and same effect. Wore it for 13 hours and got so many compliments at the nighttime when I wore the foundation from 8am 😂😂 I love it ❤️❤️❤️

I couldn’t agree with you more in the beginning. I have the “original” too faced foundation & the darkest shade in the Swedish market was even slightly lighter than my skin tone. I have friends that can’t find their shades except in fenty & mac :/
Hamda Omar they are wicked always counting us out. With this one considering I made a public critique after they deflected they knew there would be a FIGHT if the darker shades didn’t hit the market. 😂😂😂👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I live in Heidelberg, Germany. Douglas is good for getting these things, but Born this Way can also be found in Sephora which we have just been getting in the Galeria department stores. It is still took awhile to get it. We have only gotten any of the Fenty last month and the stock has been weird. The store site is saying it did not get the darker colors, but that is all that is on the shelves. These two have not been released no where evenly through the stores.
There is a way to go in all of Europe.
cherrypie37 I didn’t visit Sephora when I was in Berlin. But I was taken aback by how much representation was in the products and the staff as well. I wasn’t expecting that in Berlin so I was very happy ❤️
Lovette Jallow hey I’m from Berlin and we got it late too. I’m Brown too (middle eastern) I’m on the light side tho, so I had my shade already but I’m so interested and invested in inclusivity of all colors! This looked so good on you. xxx
Oh and what’s funny is that I got this foundation back in Denmark when it first launched and we have yet to get Sephora. Gosh I love the Scandinavian counties! But I didn’t see a lot people of color there :( I went once to Sweden for a half day long time ago but that doesn’t count lol😆
Too Faced Foundation looks beautiful on me but I don’t think the company cares about POC.... I think they only partnered with Jackie to draw us in..... once I run out I’ll stick with more Black Owned Beauty Companies. I’m sorry you’re having that issue.... Love from USA 🥰😍😊

My BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL Sis!!!!!!! I love you so so so so much! I missed you on the Tube! My daughter in law just asked me why I haven't watched any of your videos. I told her you hadn't posted in a bit but that I was gonna snap you. We love you around here. On to the video. We had the same problem when the new shades came out here in the states. We'd go into the store and the darker and new shades wouldn't be on the shelves or on display. They eventually worked that out. I find that I'm stuck between one of the new and old shades. Butter Pecan is my shade but the undertone is slightly too yellow and not golden enough. Maple is also my shade but too Neutral for my skintone. In pictures, my foundation looks darker than my body. I don't notice it otherwise. Kinda like the foundation is a touch too dark. But it's ok. Especially in summer. You look amazing!!!😍💗💕🙌

If you are darker than me then there are two more shades that are darker than Sable. I would recommend going into Sephora and ask for a tester first or try it in store. This shade is my summer shade match so it could be your winter shade.

They can’t block my blessings. I doubt they will do it again after our last communication but I always want to be transparent with you all so you won’t be annoyed at me for not reviewing certain releases on time.
