To be fair, AYDS came before the AIDS epidemic - by like a few months. When sales started tanking, they first complained that the disease should change its name, they were here first! Later, they changed their name to Diet Ayds, but... yeah, didn't work and the brand is out of business.
I wonder if theres still any to be bought anywhere? Like Ebay? I want a pocket full of AYDS to offer people

A Str pretty sure that's exactly what happened. Saturn sales went up like crazy after Segata hit the scene
Well, you can't say it didn't work. Sure no one remembers it, but its sales did go up dramatically when the ads went out.
That's exactly what happened, and the only reason the Saturn fizzled out was because it was as easy to pirate games as it was to burn CDs.
