Sprouting Broccoli in our Stainless Steel Sprouter - in Summer

Our Stainless Steel Sprouter is a Tray Sprouter - so air circulation is excellent - which is always great, but is exceptionally great in summer.
This video was made during a particularly hot week (in the 90's) so the crop finished faster than normal (6 rinses as opposed to 10). I always want you to "be the sprout" - feel what it wants - - this is an example of how environmental conditions effect a crop - - so being the sprout allowed me to see they were done when they were done - not necessarily when the instructions say they're done.
