I've got 13 mats total, each mat is 3'3". I've got a center square of 3x3 mats, and 2 extra mats at each end, which gives me a section that's 5 mats long, which works well for kata that need more space. This works well enough for me.

Independent changing house space into dojo , now you can practice , warm up , find a victim , oh I mean sparing partner , great job,😊.

You know you didn’t need to cut anything right? You just turn the mat 90 degrees of flip them over and it has the alternate teeth that fit perfect :)
I wanted the logos to line up and I wanted a certain colour pattern. And cutting is necessary for a straight border. 🙏
