    What is the maintainance cost here/month? are theeir any major challanges recedents are facing in this appartment? how the connectivity from metro and Main road?

      The maintenance Cost inc of Water is Around 3.5rs/sqft.
      There are Bus facilities which goes towards the Metro and Main road every hour.
      Location wise it is a bit interior, 6km from main road. But considering the facilities inside. Its worth it.
      I haven't heard of any challenges facies by residents so far, Apart from monkeys sometime of the year.

      Thankyou sir. Right now for a 2BHK of 708 sqft the Rent is around 15000 inc maintenance.
      17000 for 814sqft and 24000 for a 3BHK.
      It has good demand because of the facilities. Ppl in peenya,yeshwanthpur are also keen on staying here. With demand there is growth.
      I see a 6-7% appreciation in the rental yeild.

      you can easily find a 1.5BHK for 40L and rent it out for 13k+ Maintenance.

      There isn't any water problem. 24x7 water Is available via multiple borewells
