The maintenance Cost inc of Water is Around 3.5rs/sqft. There are Bus facilities which goes towards the Metro and Main road every hour. Location wise it is a bit interior, 6km from main road. But considering the facilities inside. Its worth it. I haven't heard of any challenges facies by residents so far, Apart from monkeys sometime of the year.

you can easily find a 1.5BHK for 40L and rent it out for 13k+ Maintenance.
