    i can’t believe i’ve never heard of or seen any footage of this animal before, i literally just learned it existed today and had to look it up

      Same here. Esp. when i learned they lack fins and still r very fast.

    I just learned these lovely creatures existed 5 seconds ago and had to find some information, I'm so glad the internet exists lol. Why do these never pop up in nature documentaries? I get that you can't cover every topic under the sun but you'd think in a marine life doc when talking about Dolphins they'd at least mention the reclusive family member who doesn't have a dorsal fin and look's like an orca's streamlined minimalist cousin!!!!

    Amazing. These are one of my favourite dolphin species along with orcas, Risso’s, Pilot whales, Hector’s... the list goes on .

    That’s some uncanny convergent evolution with penguins, regarding their coloration and porpoising swimming syle! But it makes sense, both inhabit the southern hemisphere, similar predators (orcas), etc.

    Why do they have such skinny tails from the side view? While other dolphins have thick tails from the side view?

    I won't never understand how to enjoy and observe animals and eat at the same time animals!!! Have to say that.... #govegan
