I build this 9 inch purple heart and maple vase in 24 hours. No fancy editing, no hand-waving; this is the entire build, which I've attempted to supplement with interesting and helpful commentary. This 252 piece segmented vase can be made using a very small amount of lumber, with almost no waste. Even with the exotic woods, this is an under-$6 project! Extensive experience is not necessary; Beginners are welcome! I have only been turning for 3 weeks myself!
