The garganacl heals double what oricorio does, as it happens between turns, and oricorio only heals active which is not nearly as helpful against drago/pult

@@Skyace13 that's a super good plan. When I get 2 more Garganacl I will implement it. And if you wish I could send a decklist here. Absolutely based idea.
I've tried to pair Blessed Salt Garganacl with the Stange Behavior Slowbrow for a massive healing build. Its been too many evolutions to do reliably, but maybe the tree could make the difference.
Ya, its a fun concept but the low 100HP of the Slowbrow makes it not worth it. Sure, you can heal some but its "just" 100 damage and then its capped out. Like you said another evolution line and less consistant if you try. I had fun with a (forgive me) Charizard ex Slowbrow deck and it kinda worked and was fun if it did. But rarely worth the effort.
@@zacharyjackson7584 The Garganacl heals the damage off the slowbrow as well. Just one slowbrow doubles the heal since the its spread between two bodies.
Hey ldf, what do you think the most competitively viable deck is after the new set. I wanna start taking competition more seriously so I’m thinking I’ll play charizard or miraidon but I wanted to get some other opinions first
I found that Drago was hard but cornerstone mask Ogerpon helped a lot. But I can't figure out how to beat raging bolt, because of teal mask Ogerpon. Does anyone have any ideas?
Let me explain an scenario: I attack with Garganacl that has the rock chestplate, so next turn it will take 90 less damage, then I attack again, and next turn it will take 150 less damage A mew ex hit me only 20, after i already knocked out one pokemon with Garganacl, so i assumed it was 60 less damege from attack one, plus another 60 less from second attack to knock out the pokemon, that will leave with a damage reduction of 120 + 30 chestplate : 150 damage reduction, then mew ex used my attack that normaly would hit 170, insted did only 20 damage
Q pex bro. No se stackea, tienes que pegar para conseguir el 60 de daño menos, o sea, cada turno imagínate que pierdes la reducción de daño y si no golpeas con ese ataque, no recibirás 60 menos.
Ground acceleration is so bad. You have mystery charge claydol, gutsy pickaxe, the energy attach gargancel, garchomp ex and thats basically it. Even the universal energy attchment(crispin, energy sticker, xp share) isn't even that good ground needs a break
I swear this app is an asshole. First match with this deck, they put me up against Espathra ex. It's like they designed the algorithm to "you shall not enjoy this game" mode.
Raging bolt is built different. No matter what you do they always have sada and grass energy. Iono them to 1 and then discard it and they’ll top deck sada
Good stuff as always but title is misleading. Can it really be called a "super tank" if it can't tank hits from the some of the best and most rampant in the format? So yeah, not much of a tank at all it turns out.
It can tank over 90 damage every attack. That's pretty tanky. Pult and zard can take up to 4 attacks for it to be koed. It is a super tank compared to what is in format.
Not misleading at all since with its attack and lake acuity, rock chest plate it takes 110 less damage, + the 1 prize gargancl for healing the ladder just wasnt kind to me while recording
It’s pronounced Garga-Nack-el. I cast for the VGC and a representative from Pokemon international corrected me on it and asked me to use the official pronunciation
Why though gargan, like gargantuan, plus nacl the abbreviation for sodium chloride. It sounds better and makes more sense this way. I get the emphasis on nacl being there but in English it just rolls off the tongue better this way.
@@Dakodin42 it sounds nothing like that. You’re literally adding a full syllable grouping lol. Garga- meaning big traditional word rooting and Nacl- salt. Big salt
This deck is missing the garganacl that accelerates energy on your pokemon. Would help alot in my opinion
tried it become ultra clunky, it's slow as it is
You can’t play 3 different kinds of the same stage 2 pokemon. That will never work. Maybe if you swap the non-ex it could work
@Skyace13 ur better using the oricorio, I tried it
Yeah I was thinking that at that point just drop the ex one
@@Skyace13 sure you can. Play 2 ex, 1 that heals, and 1 that accelerates in the deck. At best you'll have 1 of each on board
i've never seen bro so baffled by a card in any of the videos i've seen.
garganacl is him.
rather than the healing garganacl u can just use the healing oricorio... same effect but on a basic, clunks up the deck much less
Yeah, the garganacl that accelerates AND heals for more hp would provide more utility imo, then drop a couple heal oricorio when needed

@cherubijelly right but it's a basic! no candy or 3 piece combo required. it reduces the jank massively. if u can't setup consistently it's pointless
Fun fact: in my language that Ace Spec is actually called Great Grand Tree 😂

Hate when my opponent "ooga booga knocks out my active" with Roaring Moon 😔😔😔
Chomping Moon EX ✊😔
Love the Salty boy ability
Radiant Greninja with the other Garganacl, or Radiant Tsareena with 2-2 Froslass, would be interesting.
I love the tree it makes so many of these decks consistant
I hate the tree because I play none of the decks that benefit from it :D
@@Jobocan. lmao right
All hail the tree.

I'd run Dachsbun ex and turo with it personally. But this is pretty good as well. Also Radiant Tsareena if no want Dachsbun.
The dachsbun works with the other garg that accelerates energy too because dachsbun forces you to discard attached energy when you heal

This is insane, I was literally thinking about garganacl with grand tree. Awesome deck man!
Tree is sooo crazy but you totally should try pokevital a as a funny meme.
Also there's a garganacl that accelerates energy
Do you think that having a 1-1 Noivern ex line would be good?
But with Grand Tree, you are also giving Zard player evolve in a single turn.. so its kinda like backfired
Bibarel to be awarded the Victoria Cross for being a beaver that draws you cards.
You know, if this deck had a cooks and potion’s it would be the biggest tank in Pokemon TCG history
I've been playing this deck all week, such a versatile deck, can get the upper hand in majority of games, great for jamming up a Charizard deck!
Can you try out the new Rhyperior as well?
At some point ye
