Hey Sam I seen some videos of yours and please don’t think I’m picking on you but you should really think about wearing gloves you ever go down your gonna wish you had them on. It’s a natural reaction to break your fall with your hands. I’ve been riding for a long time and don’t ride without them no matter what they do help with grip when hot out from sweat and my helmet and my other riding gear. I just would hate to know you got really hurt riding and went down. I’ve been down and with wearing my gear I was able to walk away and not be going to the hospital. I tell everyone about wearing gloves and helmet and other riding gear if you have it to keep you safe. I love your videos you always do such a great job making them. I built a bike similar to yours 3 years ago two months ago I tried those same triple tree forks zoom first time I laid it down they were bent they ride rough when they're brand new but after a couple thousand wheelies they Ride good I just don't know when I laid my bike down if it would have been a $500 fork to. With the rear hub motor it rides a little rough off-road I have a real dirt bike rim that I spoke my V3 qs205 5 turn motor into I also soldered 216 LG mj1 batteries together savoton 150 unlock controller work fantastic super reliable you'll be ripping for a long time have fun.
Sam you look like a good guy can you help me with my questions i have the same kit you have what the less amp i can use for my ebike because more amp more money thanks
can this bike setup fit a 24 inch fat tire setup I'm very curious how it will look like planning to build also a custom bike so I can ride it next summer!
That is a tough one, my 3-in wide tires barely fit but I am on 19 inch motorcycle wheels. If you could get me some dimensions of the tires you're trying to use I could take some measurements for you.
I’m running 27.5 inch rims….you should be fine, if I wanted to I could run fat tires on 27.5 inch rims’ the rear dropout size is massive’ on these frames….however their not all the same. If your frame comes with sliding style Torc straps….the wheel can be adjusted.
These are more motocross style because of the rear wheel torque unlike middrive which has a more centralised c. o. g /bicycle like and far superior for hill climbing is the mid drive, there's a knew 150nm middrive kit for a thousand bucks and it blows away bosch units on 10k ebikes
Shockingly the one I built with the enduro frame is fast 70mph but surprisingly not as scary as put good fork and modded frame and upgraded bearings and etc. Now with that stated my regular lighter eBike more scary going 30 plus then the monster I built. The enduro one feels more like a motorcycle.
Hello thank you for watching, start with picking out a frame design that you like the frame I used is the least expensive one but the heaviest and most difficult to work on. The parts can be purchased everywhere I purchase the frame from eBay they still sell a similar one on there but the price has gone up a little bit. But look at frames from enduro ebike.com and vector ebikes , they are very nice and lighter than mine. As far as the zoom forks they're available everywhere I'm surprised 7-Eleven doesn't carry them LOL. The motor kit with the controller is a little more tricky for some reason links to alibaba.com do not work search for the seller Ncycle on Alibaba they have a 5,000 watt kit with 19 inch motorcycle wheel. Just email them for a price upgrade the controller from 100 amps to 150 amps tell them to add a 19 inch front motorcycle wheel and my motor has 3.5 turns. The kit will come turn key you won't have to do any programming or anything. All the rest of the parts are available everywhere bike shops eBay AliExpress. But just start with the frame.

That's impressive 💯. Maybe put some links you know a parts list of some kind or what company you got the expensive parts from China can be hit and miss sometimes.Thankx
Yeah they are hit and miss that's for sure but I have all the links in the build video. The motor, both rims, controller, throttle and harness, that stuff is from Ncycle they are on Alibaba and AliExpress talk to Camy, they tested it in China I didn't have to do anything it was all plug and Play those guys are great!
It will but it's difficult and unstable with that high-speed motor, it does not have a lot of torque, the wheelbase is long and the bike is very , so it will wheelie but not like what you can do on a Suron.
I saw your build video. Can u give me the specs on your motor and battery. I have a BPM F-35 but I want to build my next bike. I'm very impressed with what you've built.

hi sam i like to buy it a new battery and i think you has one with the 300ah bms is true how i can find a battery with 300ah bms because i want use a 200ah sabvoton speed controller, can you help me here
Hello yes the battery is the hard part but keep in mind just because the battery has a 300 amp BMS does not mean that it actually puts out 300 amps. It depends on what type of cells were used to make the battery. I think it would be more common to find a battery that puts out about 150 -200 amps and then you're probably going to have to have it custom made. For an off the shelf battery try Enduro e-bikes.com they make a battery using Samsung 30q and I believe it's a 150 amp continuous. The burst rating may be higher.
