Great insights Sumner! I actually took a month off of alcohol just last month (and caffeine too) and noticed many of the same benefits you described. I will likely not swear it off entirely, but will definitely use it much more sparingly going forward!
Wow, that's great to hear Cody! Yea, definitely worth a test. I also know alcohol, caffeine and other substances affect each person so differently so it's interesting to see each persons experience. It's overwhelming how many people I've heard say less alcohol is better.
Dosage and quality matter. People are sober who also consume beer, wine, and liquor. Dosage is key. They can all be healthy: Some beers mainly, some wines less consumed than beers, liquor rarely and minimally if at all.
@@AlbertoHernandez-gl8ut You don't know what you're talking about. Moderation as with anything good, is key.. Beer is healthy, if it's well balanced. Beer is synergistic. Beer is not 'alcohol'. Same goes for wine. Liquor rarely, in medicinal doses.
@bonsummers2657 we will have to agree to disagree. Watch andrew hubermans video on alcohol to see where I'm coming from. This neuroscientist says alcohol in any quantity is toxic and he brings up studies explaining how.
@@AlbertoHernandez-gl8ut And, he's incorrect. I go on results and prudent family and human history. Imprudence yields bad results, usually. The benefit or detriment is in the dose. Beer is not alcohol. Beer is a synergy beverage, of which alcohol is one of the intrinsic elements. I don't drink 'alcohol', I drink synergistic fermented beverages. If you find they harm you, don't consume them.

Really beautiful video.. smart thoughts from a smart guy... I agree with most of what you said, but I think there is a fourth possibility about Jesus... may be he is a mighty messenger of God, truthful and great human, and the people after him changed his teachings and made him a God. Why not considering to study more about Islam in which alcohol is totally prohibited.
Thanh for making this video, very helpful. I was on 80% reduction of my alco consumption but after your powerful message went to all 100%!
AMAZING to hear!
It is literally the same with lots of other habits, really well explained!
100%
This was very informative!
Glad it was helpful!

No amount of alcohol is healthy
