I’ve been a fan of Cyclic_abelian’s work ever since I saw that one walk cycle of Arlecchino was posted on Twitter, so it really is a huge honor to be the voice director for this animation. It’s my first time to work with something akin to a trailer, and since it’s basically one last hooray for Fontaine we really wanted to do it justice. All the props to Chloe who voices both Focalors AND Furina for this video. She did wonderful with both. Thank you again for having us!! 🎉
What an absolute masterpiece. The way you managed to summarize the bittersweet and wonderful lore of Fontaine, from Egeria and her Oceanids, to Remuria, To Focalors and Furina in just two minutes of beautiful animation is absolutely wonderful.
The "story book" aesthetic you went with was an incredibly good idea, as it works perfectly with the themes of Fontaine ; not only that, but the execution of it, especially with the depiction of events and characters in illuminations, akin to what you'd find in ancient books from the Middle Ages, is truly something I had *never* seen in animation before - and it's brilliant. I also like all the little details that add to the high degree of quality of your work, such as the inclusion of the classic story book quote "Il était une fois..." in french ("Once upon a time..."), as well as beautiful lettering. It really enhances the whole experience, and makes it feel like we're genuinely opening that book and immersing ourselves in a legend of old. The use of one of the best Remuria-related OST was an inspired move, I felt like it elevated the storytelling even more. Finally, the sheer beauty of this work is beyond words - what can I say ? The colors, the facial expressions, the dynamic poses, the shots' composition, everything felt on point. I think I can safely say that you are, without a doubt, a great artist. Kudos to the voice-acting team as well, they did an excellent job.
Using the OST from the Popping Bubbles puzzle in Remuria was GENIUS. Gosh I love that OST The art style is so beautiful and the animation very well done! You did a fantastic job with this!!

Egeria, Remus, Euergetia, Boethius, Cassiodor, and i think there's Aurelius too: (the Harmosts) then Erinnyes with her scepter. Loving these designs ! I like that you include the chalice containing primordial water, the firstborn Oceanid from egeria's tear, & Egeria being guarded by Scylla in her prison.
Egeria is one of my absolute favorite characters of "Genshin Impact"! She deserves more love and attention! Thank you for making this wonderful video! 💙💙💜
This is one of the most if not THE MOST gorgeous animations I have ever seen, the way it ties all of the lore into it while remaining constant make this the literal best work of art I have ever laid my eyes apron. Now excuse me I’ll be witching this on repeat until I stop adoring it (forever).
