One theory is she’s actually the god from the beginning as they share similar designs in their attire (like the symbol on Paimon and the crown) another is she’s a puppet for celestia and is being the eyes for the sky like some sort of spy, whether she’s aware of this or not is unclear. Another is she was stripped of her name in celestia and they banished her to teyvat (which is why she’s lost and has no idea where she came from) also makes no sense how she’s the only Paimon in the game.

I’m not sure if this was the intention or not, but I like that the only use of 3d animation used is on the archons’ thrones at 3:39 when Focalors destroys the hydro one. It makes Celestia look almost foreign, like it’s not supposed to be there.

I have a strong theory that Paimon is sculpted from the remains of the third descender, from whatever was left after creating the 7 gnoses. She doesn't get affected by the abyss, just like Traveller. She has to be a descender at this point. But the remains of dead bring a curse to people who possess it. I would hate to see how the Tsaritza is going to get cursed by the 7 Gnosis.
