He says an investigation was underway yet he was so steadfast to say transit was not chasing but "pursuing" the taxi and had stopped when they thought doing so was dangerous. The government needs to enforce ALL road rules. You have drivers using the driving lanes as parking spots and forcing traffic to drive in oncoming traffic. Start issuing tickets and towing vehicles and use the money to fix the roads.
