I use Android with faulty midrange CPU(partially dead), 8GB RAM and less than 10% space left in memory, *_and it runs good._* You're probably just using Mali GPU and forcing it to run Ark even though it's not compatible. Or a low-end snapdragon chipset. It allows you to install in Playstore even tho it's slow for it.
