As someone who grew up with an older brother who played Hockey a lot we used an anti fog spray or something, seemed to work for his visor, maybe try that!
As someone who's top cosplay goal is to cosplay as Gem, its so refreshing to see people still making Tron Legacy costumes! Your helmet looks great. Can't wait for the new film!

The helmet looks absolutely stellar! Amazing job on the V1. I have plans to make a Commander Paige cosplay and am going to try vacuum forming her visor as I imagine that is how the original helmets were made for Legacy. Might be worth looking into for your V2 helmet. Looking forward to more updates on this! Excited to see you tackle the molding process for the body armor.
Would you maybe do a cost overview at the end of creating the Rinzler cosplay? It’d help me a lot as I’d love to make a Sam Flynn cosplay sometime in the future in the same fashion.

Hand brushing some mat black paint along the inside/edge of the lighting ports might stop the pixels from showing up and look less, real, and more like something impossible.
Could you possibly use thing opaque acrylic or diffuser foam to diffuse the led's on the sides, Also great build, I love tron and this does it justice !

What you can do for the mic is putting the same speaker than the disk behind the helmet because they are powerful enough i think and you dont become deaf and the fan problème will be the space and your hair dont forget about that
