Hi Ladies! I live in Denver so I love the Rocky Mtn charts….but I have to say drinking out of the Colorado River would be a hard pass for me! 😂 So glad your Husband survived without any ill effects. FlossTube to me feels a lot more like the knitting blogs of 2006-ish? Like peak Yarn Harlot, Knitting Olympics era. Back when all the knitting blogs were tagging each other and you could follow all those links to find people… Instagram just isn’t the same, and I don’t feel like there’s knitting RUclips’s that quite fit that vibe (or if there is I haven’t Wally found them). But FlossTube makes me realize that’s more a function of how the community functions than the change in favored media, because all those link trails are totally the same thing that was so wonderful about the blogs back then!
@CrossStitchtheGlobe my eyes turned 65 today. I have progressive lenses with 2.75 magnification and I wear 3.00 magnification readers over them. There's always a way.
I have all my pdfs in Google drive and on my computer. I don't mind having to re-mark in mark up or pattern keeper if I lost that so I don't really bother to back them up but with how long I go between touching wips I probably should lol 👧
