    I will definitely try this in Philippines. Usually I cook them without coating glutinous but only glutinous balls with bananas,sweet potato, tapioca pearl ,coconut milk ,evaporated or fresh milk they called it bilo- bilo in Bicol region but in Visayas we call it binignit😊.

    They’re so beautiful! And healthy! Would these be ok to eat during 做月子吗? I don’t know if the pumpkin and taro are cold or hot foods. The sweet potato is ok though right?

      Thank you for your comment. Glad you liked it! Actually it can be eaten during confinement period. But traditionally, Chinese usually believe that taro / yam can cause allergic reaction, so you can omit the taro if you prefer. Hope that helps :)

    如果说要提前一晚做。面团要怎样收?

      你可以用保鲜膜包暂时把面团收起。但是建议提前一晚先做好汤圆,隔天再煮汤圆。撒一些糯米粉,放入容器收在冰箱里。
