This is actually for a little AU there I call Musicbond AU. It's not that lore heavy, but a fun thought of... hey, what if the Marionette was friends with the Daycare Attendant from FNAFSB

I tend to reply to comments with this, so I figure I'll just pin it:
Moon might actually canonically have a music box! A mutual of mine discovered while hacking the game that if you get close enough to Moon and pay attention, there are broken xylophone-esque noises coming from him. You can't hear these sounds from Sun, only Moon.
Also, you're free to interpret art as however you please, as I find the differing interpretations fun. But I'll mention that my own intent with this was Charlotte Emily singing the music box theme because she very much so missed it, and Moon mimicking it so that she can hear it again. She expresses approval at Moon getting the notes correct, and they continue on. This is semi-related to this drawing of mine:

It makes sense for Moon to have a music box, it would be there to help get kids to sleep.

I have this HC where Moondrop has a music box inside him, so if a kid asks for a lullaby, he can play the music box for them.
Some people I know actually discovered that Moon has a xylophone-esque sound effect that sometimes plays when you get up close, which Sun does not have. He very well could have a music box!

Not only would it be adorable, but it also make him terrifying in game. Instead of him saying how he’s going to punish you for not sleeping, he would play lullabies as he’s getting eerily close to you.

i think this especially hits home because if i recall Charlie is canonically 3 when she dies and possesses the puppet, so she's like, presumably the same age as the kids the DCA would take care of at her time of passing

@@Too_many_Phases if you got that information from my art of her telling Moon that she's 10, I completely made that up pft. She is likely about 3 years old in canon. I don't think that's realistic though, so I tend to ignore that

This would actually makes sense if Moon had a built-in music box since some kids will probably only be able to go to sleep with music playing/white noise maybe Sun would be able to use it as well like to play music if the kids wanted to play musical chairs or something like that just saying this would be really cool 🌙☀️
