Dude I've been watching this thing over and over and every single time i watch it I laugh so hard. If I was in a time loop and the only thing that happened was this video playing I don't think I'd ever wanna escape that time loop. Or I would die from suffocating from laughing too hard every single loop-

I first saw your Moon and Puppet music box video a while back. I swear when I came upon this, I immediately recognized the channel name! So glad I’ve found someone else who likes ISAT!

I'm back a few hours later to just mention some details I love. First, I love how it starts with Isabeau saying this; it feels like something he'd bring up in conversation. I love how this goes chronologically. I love how Siffrin has their hair dyed almost entirely dark (maybe growing in light around the edges) at the beginning. "I don't know anyone that has" being accompanied by Siffrin seeming to ask Mirabelle about the stars/the Universe, which she doesn't know about. The "gift-giving abilities" being shown as the leaf Siffrin leaves a wish on. How he sees his ability to loop as a blessing at first. How it quickly turns into not that when killed by the King. And what seem to be Isabeau and Mirabelle's hands reaching towards Siffrin right before the King kills them. How Siffrin is surrounded in blood and stars, calling back to how they describe dying in the prologue. I love how it cuts to images referenced from the first cutscene of the game on the final "or maybe." How you can briefly see them transform while discussing "left-over scraps of dying stars." "Loop ####." They stopped keeping count a long time ago, but the number's probably in the thousands. I love how the only usage of color is the red at 0:46. "Now, I don't know you, Gift-from-God" during what I'm assuming is Siffrin and Loop's first interaction, where they greet each other as strangers. "But I don't need to know you to know that I trust you," during the Loop hang out, right before Loop allows all of Siffrin's family members to die. And the final image being from Siffrin assuring and comforting Loop in the end. Fantastic animatic with so much packed in within such a short amount of time. And the artwork itself is phenomenal and looks so clean. Just amazing work all the way through.
