I have a couple of questions if you do not mind .... 1) Do you cash your paychecks or take the money out of the bank and stuff the envelopes? 2) When do you put the cash in the bank? 3) Do you different checking or savings accounts as well? Thank you in advance for answering my questions. Again, I am super new to all of this and find all of this fascinating! Also, I just subscribed!
I just take money out only for groceries, gas, allowance for my household, and for my saving challenges. My bills are setup the day before payday to come out my account. I keep a $100 buffer in my bill pay account just in case something happens. I just started my journey 4 months ago and it’s going great! I’ll have an emergency fund by the end of the year to cover 2 months of expenses. Im paying off debt at the same time. My savings challenges are for debt and emergency funds. I started a high yield savings account so I want have too much money in my house.

I personally take money out of my bank account and stuff my envelopes, it's just the way I do it and it works for me 😊
