Tell us how you really feel.😜 Thanks for the review! I was considering a used 2016 225T with 1500 hours from an equipment dealer. Found out he has been trying to sell it for almost 3 years, I think I know why now.
Hmmm… glowing reviews across the board on these things. I love the accessibility and feel like they are easier to work on than many of the white ones, but with any skidder, you are packing 10 gallons of problems into a 5g bucket. (Yep, I’m a mechanic who just works on a bit of everything.) tonight’s task: figure out how to get a track back in in the middle of nowhere with what I have in my car. I got this. I think. Hope it comes around for you once you sort it out, and yeah, the booms are poop. I scarfed and welded 2 last summer that just do simple farm/ construction work.
What year is this one? Have they improved these for 2022 models? Always wanted to run one of these to see how it would do moving dirt/landscape construction
@@tandtlandscapeandmasonry I'm looking at Kubota svl 75 or jcb 270. Don't really have time to scour the internet, I just wanna know if the jcb is worth 18k more than the kubota, and so far you indicate that it ain't.
Just watched your teleskid review and now I'm certain that I won't be buying a jcb anything. You're in love with the tele feature...I get it, but I need a machine to run a cutter and the tele doesn't appeal to me at all for that...but the leaking is unacceptable!
@@anymanusa ahhh I see! By the way I traded this 260t and got a track teleskid it’s a beast and no leaking or any problems so far! My tire one has been good lately too
I have a 320t for 3 years. I've been going thru the videos looking for service tips on mine and happened across this video. Mine is on the farm and I'm sure it does not get the use yours does. I have to say that I absolutely love mine. I agree about the rough ride but I've not experienced good ride in any track machine and I've operated a bunch. The dirt does gather in the track area but I think it cleans easier than any of them. The only leaks I've had were from loose fittings that were a little difficult to access but no worse than any other. I have several buckets, root slicer and a mega mower I use on it and it has served me well in every way. I agree the bucket attach system and electrical controls are poorly designed. I've solved the mechanical issue by cleaning the area between bucket changes and just physically taking the latches apart a couple of times thru the year. I don't even use the fittings. It takes 20 minutes to disassemble, clean, lube and reassemble....no more mechanical issues. Thnx for taking the time to review it. Always appreciate others insights. Mine btw is an '18 320t.

Haha yes that’s why!

Good luck! And I upgraded to a 2022 track teleskid and I love it! I have a review video of it. And nice thanks for the comment!
Thanks for the heads up!
id recommended new if u buy jcb. also get the teleskid version
I wonder if multi lug tracks would improve ride and reduce vibration
Maybe!

This is a 17 and yes they have improved them
@@tandtlandscapeandmasonry would you buy another one?
@@kyletavares8293 I’d get the track teleskid or mecalac 10 ton
Love the review. Ive been looking at jcb and another brand..........after seeing this I think Ill go for the other brand
I’d stay away from JCB unless u go all in and get a teleskid…. I have the track teleskid now and it’s amazing compared to this
Time to trade her in for 22. 270t. Thanks for review
I’d say so!!
Glad I watched this
I sold this and got a JCB track teleskid. It’s much better!
Surprised you say you now have a JCB teleskid on tracks and it’s much better,,, thought it would be the same thing
No I have a review video on that one and they are much better now. Still some small flaws but way better
This must be same thing as Volvo MTC 85c
Not 100% sure but I’d say so!
This is why you get double boom😂
I actually have 3 other JCB skids that are way better. I sold this one cause of all the issues.
Why would you even consider another jcb product after that experience? That makes me doubt your word on this review.
Watch my other reviews on JCB skids and my loader! I explain why

I hear “a lot of shitty design” way to many times- don’t buy JCB!
Side door and visibility is good tho! JCB teleskid is the one to get tho!
