I just had the worst anxiety of my life and i almost had an anxiety attack, but this really helped me go to sleep afterwards, thank you.
Go see a doctor don't use ASMR as a tool for mental health, I cannot stand commenters like this and would make me sick and extremely uncomfortable as the performer I would feel the need to promote your mental health in a realistic way instead of like this. Anyone that thinks this country isn't filled with extreme mental health issues I just point them towards any and all ASMR comments sections... Extremely upsetting to say the least.
