@@cameronsilasyou know the one big scene in the books that I would love to see cause it is one of my fears is the trap in Denver because of annabeth and the spiders huge scene that shows her big weakness that humanizes annabeth and brings her and Percy together in the first place
This is such a pleasant surprise to see this show come out way earlier than I expected. I thought this show was gonna come out on March 2024.
Im glad you caught that Annabeth stabbing something is clearly on a bus, because ive seen so many people going "SHES NOT SUPPOSED TO BE THERE IN THE ARCH SCENE!!!" when the windows in that shot are WAAAY too big to be the arch (literally in the book Annabeth remarks how she wouldve made the windows in the arch bigger)
also i thought it was funny that you noticed Thalia's tree only after making the video, because i completely glanced over it the first time I watched it lol. I think i was thinking it was after the bus scene when theyre walking through the New Jersey woods

I would say we probably haven't seen the underworld or scenes where characters are actually talking to one another for 2 reasons. The first most obvious reason is that due to the short length of teasers they don't want to eat their time away doing longer dialogue shots for these. That'll be left for the official trailer. Secondly, I'm confident in saying that for the underworld in particular they likely haven't completed compositing almost any of the shots. The underworld would be almost completely in a CG scene and as such will take exponentially longer to composite, smooth over, and polish. Similarly, they probably haven't finished syncing up all the audio they got with their visuals in a way that's complete. They likely have to fiddle with audio levels and meld it better with the action going on screen. Great vid!
Shockingly, very few people thought of Jon Bernthal for Ares....when I read Ares's lines in the books, I just hear Jon Bernthal, even when he's Mars

Here is my predictions for the Percy Jackson TV show:
Some people will love the show, some people will think it is ok, and some people will despise this show.
You can't please everyone. Weader the show is good or bad one thing is for certain. It will be a trillion times better than the movies.
Personally, most of the criticism will be directed towards the characters not resembling their book counterparts. I’m disappointed too.

Loved the video, just wanted to add, I love how brighter it is! Also, since we haven't seen a dialogue, we don't know how the comedy is yet and it's driving me crazy! I can't wait for a actual trailer
As an elder PJ fan (and Edgehead), I'm stoked for this. That voice was definitely Zeus. I could pick out Lance's voice anywhere, may that absolute legend R.I.P. and as for the song playing over it, it's a cover of Vance Joy's Riptide. Very popular folk song.
Edge is beyond perfect for ares. A legendary wrestler. A literal hall of famer. For a beast like ares i understand u wanted jon but nope a 6ft4 240 pound pro wrestler is beyond necessary for a character like ares. Edge will do the role justice

I think in the trailer it's a good strategy to show the things the movie adaptations messed up on but I think they didn't show Luke because he was extremely messed up and if they get us to like this book accurate stuff that'll keep us talking and asking about how Luke is done since he is vital and a butchered character in the movie adaptation. Basically they get us to talk about the series by showing the good things to get us hyped for the best things

You said that the fandom on Twitter or i guess x now is big its actually massive considering that the fandom managed to get the #disneyadaptpercyjackson to top ten trending in less then 24 hours if memory serves and that required at least a hundred thousand tweets or was it retweets on x i cant remember which though and the fact that the fandom pulled it off without celebrity backing shows you just how massive the fandom trully is
I looked up how many days till December 20 and I have a countdown on notes
Once the episodes finish airing you should do a top 10 Tv Show list so we can see if this made the cut
If i am not mistaken writers and actors strike only affects projects which are in writing scripts or shooting part of development. If its already in postproduction, then it doesnt affect it which is this case.
