  • The Solar System is the gravitationally bound system of the Sun and the objects that orbit it, either directly or indirectly. Of the objects that orbit the Sun directly, the largest are the eight planets, with the remainder being smaller objects, the dwarf planets and small Solar System bodies. Of the objects that orbit the Sun indirectly-the moons-two are larger than the smallest planet, Mercury.
The Solar System formed 4.6 billion years ago from the gravitational collapse of a giant interstellar molecular.......

As mentioned, Venus and Uranus spin opposite of the other planets. A good way to remember this is to note they are the only planets that end with "nus". Think, Non Usual Spin.

      That's great.

Good clear educated English accent! So rare these days… No dropped aitches; no nasal-toned extreme diphthongs; no glottal stops; no dropped ‘g’ in ‘ing’ formations; no sing-song & false accentuation; ‘the’ pronounced ‘thee’ before vowels (wow! That’s unusual these days..); no ugly mispronunciation of verbs such as ‘distribUte’ (ugh). It’s funny, by contrast, to hear the quaint and repulsive accents in the adverts!
