She had been struggling with her emotions after her surgery but after I said that, she said it really helped her feel better. So thank you Tammy for helping me to help my patient. I just got to the end- it looks gorgeous! And if you prefer it to be lighter, don’t be concerned- give it a week or two if washing and it will probably lighten decently and you can always add in a tinted conditioner to give it shine ( the illusion of it being brighter in my experience)- it looks great with your eye color tho! 😍😍😍💫💫💫

I have very similar nightmares as you and getting a cpap for nighttime helped me sooo much. Sleep apnea keeps you from sleeping deep so the dreams get super stressful and make you have zero energy the next day. I still need my cpap after losing 160 lb and have a 16 inch neck.

I am 61 years old and have never dyed my hair in my life lol.....I'd get anxious just thinking about the mess and possible staining. Having said that I have never wanted to get it done at a hairdresser's either....just not a "hair person"...can't be bothered doing anything but wash and let it dry. I either don't dream or know I have been dreaming but cannot remember them. I remember a little bit very occasionally, pretty rarely.

The color look beautiful with your skin tone. It will lighten up after a couple washes maybe add some highlights that would look so pretty, but you are beautiful no matter what Tammy don’t forget it.
Dreams are so random and weird! When I was a child I had an accident in the playground at school, knocked one of my front teeth on a bar and killed it. It turned brown and for some reason I could not get it repaired until I was 18. I was always so ashamed of it and never showed my teeth when I smiled, until I got it fixed. After that, I had repetitive dreams about my teeth. Sometimes I would dream that my teeth were ALL falling out and I was spitting them into my hand. Then, last weekend, my nightmares came true. My repaired tooth, (it's a crown) snapped and fell out while I was eating dinner. I can't get it fixed for 3 weeks because my dentist is so busy. 😩 It is an actual nightmare come true!
