I agree with AJ, get your online marketing running! Then tap into your current tenants for reviews after you show some improvements and have added value to them. Example: We've recently upgraded the gate. Created a online portal for all billing. Improved the lighting. Have a friendly staff ready to serve you. Improved the security cameras...
