I did aquablation in Italy on November 29, 2023. I was discharged from the clinic on December 2, 2023. At the moment everything is progressing: erection and urination seem active. I can't comment on ejaculation until some time passes. The catheter that I have been wearing since the day of surgery and which I will remove tomorrow at the check-up is annoying. in Italy some public hospitals offer aquabeam for free. I did it in a private clinic but the insurance I had paid for it.

Be careful about retrograde ejaculation if you still sexually active .

How many days weeks or months after the surgery did it take before you were back to normal?

    Is Rezum the same?

Nope, Rezum is convection steam whereas Aquablation is high pressure water.

Rezum is medieval torture compared to aquablation.

@@paulginsberg6942 I agree. Ii have had both. Rezum went badly about 5 years ago. I had a lot of complications and ended up back in the emergency room and a weeks stay in the hospital. Just had Aquablation 2 days ago. One night in the hospital and I am at home and seem to be recovering as expected.
