How to mix Zinc oxide eugenol cement?

Manipulation of zinc oxide eugenol cement. ZnoE is used as temporary luting and restorative material. This cement well tolerated by tissues and has obtundant effect on the pulp because of neutral pH. Strength of this cement is less and has high solubility.
