Sofia Coppola-if you didn’t know anything about Priscilla’s life, you’ve been living under a rock. So you probably don’t know really much about Elvis Presley either. So you produce a film that may have some truth to it, but you’ve got Priscilla’s truth. If her life was so bad, she could’ve left at any time. She knew exactly what she was getting into by the time she married him. So, don’t demonize him and victimize her!
She was going too high school for TWO MONTHS while she was living with Elvis. She had so little to go that she went for only half days. Of course, Copola tries to make it out that Priscilla was a baby while living with Elvis. She was 18.
@@r.p.mcmurphy6623 It's not over my head. Even the opening scene tries to make Priscilla look SO young, when in fact, she was 18. I understand her message perfectly. "Elvis groomed and abused Priscilla." Horsecrap.
Copola, along with Priscilla is spreading lies about Elvis, Priscilla, and what a horrible life that poor innocent little Priscilla had, living with Elvis during her teenage years. She didn't live with Elvis during her teenage years!!! She did't come to live with Elvis until she was two months short of 18!

Priscilla didn't SPEND her teen years at Graceland. She didn't come there until she was two months short of 18. All the lies Priscilla promotes to make it look like she was groomed, lost her teen years to Elvis!
Coppola should read the book "Child Bride" and find out who she really is. But it probably wouldn't make a difference, because the motive of the movie was to make Elvis look bad in my opinion.
Perhaps since the object of her love has been dead for 46 years, I wonder how she believes in one side. Her next movie should be Child Bride. That book matches the Priscilla of today so I’m not sure her book written in 1985 in which walks back a lot of it through the years in difficulty interviews. The story has changed so many times, perhaps it should be labeled as fiction.
"She was living in Graceland when she was in highschool" : her parents let her go to live in Elvis'father's house 3 months before her graduation "No income of her own" : Elvis' marriage ends with 1,7 million $ ... and a kiss (before Elvis had to be hospitalized during 2 weeks)

I agree with every single word!
Sofia has certainly been duped by the lying Priscilla!
Oh, get a life. You are so clueless.

I lost all my respect for her....👎🏻

No, Coppola did not make her out to be a baby. But it all seems so over your head. 😢

She had only a few weeks of high school to go when she came to live with Elvis. She was 18.
I've read whatever that is you wrote several times...was there a point?
